Shipping Policy

BLKFOG currently ships within Canada. Orders are prepared for shipment to the address supplied at checkout. Available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout when available.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates begin once the parcel has been handed to Canada Post.

Shipping options

Available Canada Post services may include Regular Parcel and Xpresspost. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout when available for your order and destination.

Tracking

When your order ships and Canada Post has the parcel, tracking becomes available. Tracking information is provided through your shipping confirmation when available. You can also visit the BLKFOG Order Tracking page for help accessing shipment information.

Delivery estimates and delays

Delivery estimates depend on the destination, shipping service, and carrier conditions. Estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, service interruptions, remote destinations, and seasonal shipping volume may affect delivery.

If Canada Post marks an order as delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact Canada Post first. If the issue remains unresolved, email BLKFOG with your order and tracking details.

Shipping costs and addresses

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact BLKFOG immediately if you notice an address error, although we cannot guarantee that a change can be made after an order is placed.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been placed.

Returns & Refunds

Please review product details, sizing information, and descriptions before ordering. BLKFOG does not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference, including choosing the wrong size or colour, disliking the fit or style, or no longer wanting an item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at support@blkfog.com.

Include your order number, the item involved, and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos where applicable so we can review the problem.

Returns and exchanges

BLKFOG does not offer direct exchanges for sizing, colour, or personal preference. Contact us before sending an item back. Do not mail a return until you have received written instructions from BLKFOG.

Return requests must be made by the original purchaser and include the order number. If a return is approved, we will provide the applicable instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider and financial institution.

For approved voluntary returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable, including when only part of an order is returned. Customers are responsible for the return parcel until it reaches BLKFOG.

Sale and promotional items are final sale, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

We make every effort to represent product colours, sizing, materials, and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your display, lighting conditions, and how an image appears on your device.
