BLKFOG products are made to order as part of our controlled production process. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and operate with intention.
Return Policy
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Condition Requirements
In some cases, we may request return shipment before issuing a refund or replacement.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
